We are using the Customer Service Boxes for one group 555 with 2 members. We want it to ring the first-ext.120 3 times, go to the 2nd-ext.117 and then ultimately go to the the 2nd members VM box after the queue time of 1 minute has been met. The whole process takes to long and is there a way speed up the process while using the same Customer Service box. It takes about 90 seconds for the process currently.
