When a user's mailbox is full the next caller attempting to leave a voicemail will get a prompt something like "the voicemail system is full" (I don't recall the exact words). The caller is then put into routing box 821. Is there somewhere in the programming that I can change where calls are routed after reaching a full mailbox? I've looked through the programming manual and don't see anything.

Why don't you just increase the size of the mailboxes in class of service?? Auto-delete can be enabled in COS also.

This particular customer has a mailbox (200 messages) that has filled up over night with legitimate voicemails (it is a customer service line). They don't want a caller to have access to other extensions if the box is full.
