We have an FX-II /w auto attendant that if you push option 5 it rings a call group that is 2012 that has 2 ext's in it 1046 and 1047. How do we get it to end up at voice mail box of 1047 instead of 2012

Well, one option is to use the Auto Copy or Move feature in the voicemail system to move the message from box 2012 to 1047 each time a message is received. You have a unique situation here since you cant tag the VM ID on a DID line and you can not change the Pilot number of the hunt group to be your VM ID as it will conflict with station 1047. This is just one option that is a simple fix. Good luck.

Assuming this is Keyvoice voicemail, use the trans.txt file to translate the digits to the correct mailbox.
