I recently moved our phone equipment - old VVP mail and comdial impact system from 1998, and now when I try to retrieve phone messages I get a message on the display "No Such Station" - also when someone calls the the voice mail does not pick up until the phone rings like 15 times

jsm, Welcome to Sundance Tech-Talk.  The message is telling you there is no digital phone plugged in for that extension. You should contact Markk who is a Comdial dealer in your area and an administrator of this board. He can help you sort out the issues and get you set-up so you can maintain the system.
