I need to know how to program CO lines on a DCS Compact system. I have the manuals, system was defaulted, but somehow I'm overlooking one of the MMCs. I have assigned the buttons as Call type in MMC 722. But still can not select lines. Ok on incoming??

What am I missing?

Thanks,

Newbie

Buttons need to be assigned as DTXXX where XXX is the line number.Example line 1 would be a DT701 key.Call keys are used whenever you make an intercom call or a trunk call if you don't have a DT key for that specific trunk.

also need to be members in mmc600

might also want to check mmc406 to see where the lines are ringing (500 is default)
