Hi, problem is intermittent but happens often,customer has pots lines connected to the system with caller id name and number.Call rings in with caller id and can be answered ok, after call is completed and both parties hang up they get a phantom ring usually on the same line but I have seen a ring back on one of the other lines in the switch also.I can make it happen 100% of the time if I turn off cid in line programming.

You need to verify if the problem is on the telco side, equipment side or a combination of both. The switch responds to incoming ring.
