New to Comdial, I usually work on Avaya Partners. I got the voice mail to work, thank you Matt at CDI, I now need to program a button on the phones to force transferred calls to voice mail, as in after closing, out of the office. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The customer wants this system to be as simple as possible.

See page 47 of DX80 user guide. Feature 63--night service mode. I usually program the button on the upper left of station 101 to be the manual night mode button.
If he wants it real simple, you need to program the time scheduling programming and it will go into nights automatically. Then no one has to do anything--everything is set automatically.
Got it, but I mean more of an individual telset user. If I answer line one and transfer it to ext 108 and the user is out, I'm looking for a button he can operate that will send all calls to VM.
Put Feature 4 on a key for one-touch DND. Also---if you see that a phone is in DND or you know that the person is not there, you can transfer directly to his mailbox (transfer key--VM key--see in display that it asks for the extension number--then dial the extension number & hang up...I think)
