Hopefully someone has done this, or knows how to do it.
How do you find a person greeting in the SVMi-8e?
I have a customer who would like a person's personal greeting copied onto a CD. I know the voice files are .vox and in hex. I have a program that can convert vox files to wav files, at that point I can burn the recording onto a CD. I have been trying for a while to find the personal greeting I want. Would personal greetings be in the msg folder? pmt folder?

Open Port Activity on your laptop and then go to a phone and play the message. Your screen will show the message number.
