Has anyone in Canada had caller ID problems with the OS7100? I cannot get caller ID to work, the display says "No Caller Info". I have it working on other OS7100 systems, the only difference is that the system with the caller ID problem has Bell lines connected to it. The other OS7100 systems that have caller ID working have Telus lines connected to it.
The system is a new install and has software version 4.14, and caller ID was working on the system that I pulled out.

Any ideas anyone?
