Can any one help me, On the DCS 816, i need to get the other handsets into group 500, i have recently reset the system and for the life of me i can't seem to do it.
when an incoming call comes in it rings 201 which is in the operator group 500, so i tried to configure each handset with the pick up the receiver dial 53 then enter the group no ie 500 and it says not in group, no option to set in or out of the group.
i can do the same for group 501 which pops up in or out to allow in or out of that group, but not for group 500.
if any one knows of a simple solution to this problem i would be grateful.

Many thanks for your help, got me right out of a jam. You would not belive how many time i looked at that mmc, and passed it off not thinking it was the correct one to modify.
