We have been having an issue since a reboot of the Samsung unit because I had to restart the IP Live router due to a loop on one of the 2 T1 circuits. We are having issues sending and recieving faxes but all other call features are working correctly. We also occasionally get faxes with distorted text like a line of the text is shorted than all the rest or the text is stretched. This has been going on for a month now and Norlight does not see any errors. I also have a security application that dials out the IP Live circuit and then back into a pots line to the security panel the gets numerous CRC errors constantly. Anybody with any ideas it would be greatly appreciated as I am my wits end literally. Thanks

Welcome to the Sundance Communications message board. I have a feeling you might need more support than we can offer in the open forum, but let’s get a few more details and we will see if we can help. Unless I'm missing it in your post, I don't see where you state how you are getting your dial tone. Is it via a PRI or CO Lines? You mention Norlight doesn't see any errors, so I am assuming you have a PRI. If you have a PRI, do you have a CSU between the smart jack and the OS500? Do you know what version of software is running on the phone system?
Looking at your profile, it looks like you are the IT guy for the company. What trouble shooting has your vendor done?
