I think my post was deleted? Is there a reason why? I do not believe I am posting this in the wrong place or did anything inappropriate... :shrug:

I know it's probably really simple but I'm not sure how to do it. We have the OfficeServ100. We have the holiday message recorded on "prompt 1003" on the voicemail. I put in the dates set for in MMC 512: Holiday Assignment for Ring Plan 6. How do I set the ringplan to go to the recorded message?

The iDCS 100 can not change the VM to holiday mode only DAY and NIGHT mode. You must log into VM administration and manually change the mode to holiday. Or set up schedules in the VM to change the mode.

You could make Ring Plan 3, put a button the phone and activate that instead of RP1 or RP2.

That still would not play the holiday prompt that he wants to play.

You could put ring plan 3 to a virtual port, call forward that to VM & configure the vm to push the call from the virtual port to a menu.
