If I have a Cat5e B panel, how do I wire a PRI onto it?
If its only using 2 pairs, I believe the blue pair wires to the panel normal/matching, and then the second pair is reversed and if its a B panel, my orange pair would go on the green?
does that sound right?

Pins 1,2 & 4,5 out of the Telco equipment. If done correctly 1&2 are your receive 4&5 your transmit. So that's w/or receive and w/bl transmit per your wiring configuration.

Krone used to (still does?) make an 8 port and a 16 port RJ48X patch block. I don't have the number for the 8 porter, but the larger unit was a 391050-32.

This allowed you to have multiple connections on a single unit and still maintain the shorting block requirements that most carriers require.

I was thinking more along the lines of
A "B" 5e Patch panel:
w/b b/w w/o o/w w/g g/w w/br br/w.

w/b b/w g/w w/g

I was hoping you could say if that is how it would be correctly wired. Does that look right?

I mean:

B 5e patch panel
W/B B/W W/O O/W W/G G/W W/BR BR/W
|_____|__________|___|___________
W/B B/W O/W W/O
PRI cable
Does that look right?

On the B wiring The white blue pair would be on pins 4&5 and the white orange on pins 1&2, so yes it would work. You don't need to reverse tip and ring, does no good on a 4 wire circuit.

If it's a 568B panel then pins 4&5 are White/Blue, BL/W and pins 1&2 are White/Orange, Or/W. If it was a 568 A panel then pins 1&2 would be the White/Green pair.

Are you asking us if you'd use a crossover? That answer would be no if you are as pins 3&6 are not used on a T1.
