Who is going to have the back up config on the original IP office install config. Unless the old server has the backup installed on it. The backup is on a disk or on the server or another remote computer. You better get somone out there to do a backup on the office IP before you change the server.

The remote tech has taken care of this he has it and also it is on the old server. the old server is working ok but has noise on the conf bridge and some other minor problems prompting the sever change.
we are just in bad need of an ip tech for this area
they are hard to find
