We are looking for Field Technicians that have the following minimal experience:
1) Configure and troubleshoot routers for ADSL/SDSL including Netopia and Efficient Networks
2) Configure and troubleshoot routers for T1 Service including Cisco and Adtran
3) Knowledge of IP Networking basics
4) How to terminate to a 66 block
5) How to terminate to patch panels
6) Basic understanding of SIP/VoIP solutions and hardware
7) Experience running network and telephone cable
8) Proficiency in use of basic hand tools associated with the trade.
This position would require that the candidate be self sufficient and extremely professional since the right person will be the face of our company.
You should also be prepared to travel throughout all of NYC area. Metro card is reimbursed by the company.
This is a day shift position with inclusion to our on-call schedule upon completion of probationary period.
