I am in New York City and have a small Avaya IP 400 system with approximately 15 lines and 10 stations that is not working. I need a company that can come out and look at it. Please respond if you are in NYC and have a tech available. Thanks.

Is the system powered up at all? Or is it a paperweight?

It was working 2 days ago, but now it only has a beeping tone when you pick up an extension and you can't call in. It is powered up. Thanks.
