I have run into a few customers over the past couple of weeks looking for support on their ESI. The closest dealer we can find is 50 miles away, don't seem to be supporting it much anymore and the customers are looking for someone in town. I have worked with the Voice Works several years ago but not much with the systems. Is there any know access to manuals and basic support for non-dealers?

We can do remote support if you like. Only time a tech would have to go out would be to add/change equipment. Even having a tech that does not know much about the ESI, I can make him look like a pro w/ him/her being my eyes and hands if need be. Contact me if you like for more info.
