Does anyone know if the contact program Act can use the VIP integration to dial out from its contact list, or does this only work in Outlook?
Thanks!

I haven't tried ACT but it is my understanding that VIP and VIP pro work only with the Outlook database.

Since I don't have Act in front of me, and have a customer asking how to go about making it work, can someone help me out? Where do they need to go to tell Act to use the VIP integration for calling? Once that's setup, is there a Call button in Act?
Thanks!
