Hey folks, I've got a 72E freezing up at odd times. Can't narrow issue to one phone or line. I checked the power supply, it's good. Its not on a ups, but is on a dedicated ckt. (I had cust order a ups today)
A few days ago, I dumped the system and completely reprogrammed it. The issue is still popping up.
When the system freezes, the display holds the current information and stays that way. I have to have them reset the system to clear it.
There are 48key phones and 7 lines in the system. It's been running great since I installed it about 15 months ago. This issue started around the 15th of December.
