I think it would be an advantage to use Esiaccess to download a record from the system that could show how often and how long all lines are in use. I have several customers that have more lines than they need. If they have 10 lines and I had data showing that over a 90 day historical time span their max at any one time was never more than 7 lines then there is a good argument that 8 lines is all that is necessary for their business. They can comfortably cancel 2 lines and save appx. $1000.00 (thousand) annually. Would be very handy to show how a $5000.00 dollar system pays for itself in 5 years.

I submitted a similar request to the TSC. This is a no-brainer... I can't believe this isn't a standard report available to dealers as a great tool to provide utilization information.

We had something back inthe 128 Plus era that did line stats (and extension summary), but it was based upon a 24 hour clock and that seemed to confuse people on how to read the report (at least that is what I was told). In any case, I agree and have been screaming for this since they took it away. A stand alone cost accounting system is just to costly at times.
