On A ESI-100, with a PRI from XO, the outgoing CID is the main Pilot # by default. The customer asked if you can block outgoing CID on a call by call basis. *67 that you would use on pots lines does not do the same thing on a PRI. Anybody come across this question.

XO should be able to do that, But, If they do, it will be All calls.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

just spoof the CID on the station or just put a 0 in there and it will override it

If you have analog CO ports and stations, try this:
1. Program the extension in F31 for no caller ID. 2. Loop a station port (make it fax or modem so there's no dial 9 requirement) back to an analog CO port and create a separate line group. 3. Use the new line group for all the regular calls at this station and the main (PRI) group for all the calls that need blocking.
Only possible issues I can see are signal levels and voicemail callbacks but otherwise it should work.
