In system programming, I am unable to go into function 131, 'Phone System Type' and also cannot gain access to function 144, 'Answer Ring Mode'.
The recording when I attempt to gain access states, "You have entered an unknown function." But it's in the admin manual !
All other functions are accessible other than these two.
I'm using an ESI Voiceworks 16 system. Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.
