I have a c-class where I want to just delete a couple of the virtual VM boxes. How do I do that?

Phil, Is this system yours or does it belong to a customer?

If you have Virtual MB key, Press and hold the key down until it tells you what this key is programmed as, press the hold key, press the programmed key again. this will delete the Virtual VM box "key". Is the Virtual MB key for a Station Keyset or a Guest Mailbox? Agree with Steve, delete the greeting. If it is a Station Keyset and you do not want it to forward to Voicemail, in Function 31 Option CFWD Day and CFWD Night, set this from MBYYY to XYYY (where YYY is the Extension number). Not sure if this is what you was asking for but here it is anyway. Also, Merry Christmas to everyone.

You cannot change the forwarding on a C-Class system in F31. Is set by default and design to go to the MB of the station.
