Hello I am having problems re recording the auto attendant on an ESI IVX C-class. We recently took over this business and are unable to get the installer password from previous ownership. I have also been unsuccessful in finding anyone in Charlotte NC who is familiar with the ESI System. Any help that could be provided on getting a tech out or anyway to simply turn the auto attendant off so that the lines direct dial in would be Extremely helpful, as my bosses seem to think I should have been able to have this done a week ago... I tried removing the 128 mb esi chip and while I can dial out, anyone dialing in essentially is disconnected after two rings.

You can re-record the AA greetings with the Admin password.

The previous business owners won't give you the installer password cause they never had it to begin with.
As far as there not being anyone in Charlotte that knows ESI? Hmmmmmmm, then how the heck did it get installed.
Send me an email and I'll get you fixed up with a Charlotte local dealer. :thumb:
