Kerry, Do you know which ESI phone system you've got? Failing that, about how long ago it was installed?
Was your attendant retrieving voicemail just by pressing the blue voicemail key, or from one of the programmable (DSS) keys?

Use the administrator password to open the mailbox. Then you can reset it back to what you want.
You might want to change the admin password if someone has gone in and changed a user password without your knowledge.

Sounds like someone enabled her password. Try her ext # as the password if that works she can change it by hanging up and pressing her prog/help key + 5 then follow the instructions. If that doesnt work you will have to go in under the admin and reset her password for her. If she has never setup a password anyone could have done this from her phone they dont need the admin password. We recommend setting passwords for all extensions to stop this from happening. Hope this helps.
