I need help change the timeslot on PRI from 23 chan to 8 ch - I would like to need help on site- Any local dealer or tech in Los Angeles or Orange County California would be great or remote support over the phone is ok.. Thanks.

Thanks. What do you mean when you say change the timeslot? are you going from 23 to 8 channels?

I thnk this is what you mean by time slot. ESI only accepts the D-Channel on port 24 for a PRI. This can not be changed.

Also if you are reducing your circuits from 23 to 8 on the PRI make circuits 9-23 as incoming Only and remove them form the dial 9 line group.
