Hello i am having an issue with the ivx s- class generation 2 im not to familiar with this system i mainly install and program nortel and nec.However customer resset the system so everything got erased.I have a ivx original installation manual im not sure if this is the manual i need,but my issue is that i programed the day lines (1,2,3) on ring 1 for x:101,102,103 all the way to ring 5.I set up the AA for the day greeting and saved it.when i call line 1 it rings but when i call lines 2 & 3 they go straight to the company greeting im not sure what im doing wrong everything seems to be programed correctly.Can anyone please help me im going nuts.Thank You in advance!

Did you try selecting only Line 2, and checking programming on that line, to make sure it matches what you have for Line 1? It sounds like Line 2 and Line 3 have Ring 1 set to ID 1.

Yes, i checked them individualy.I even changed them to ring on night mode.

if the ring count 3 does the same thing as ring count 1, then leave it blank.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

Are you programming via the phone or with your laptop? Sometimes the laptop software shows one thing but the system acts differently. I would program the lines via the phone, each individually. First set them to be answered by ID 1 and verify all 3 lines get answered by the auto attendant, then go back and set them to ring the extensions. I know it sounds crazy but short of re-initializing the system and reprogramming which is your next step if this does not work, I think it is worth a try.
