I have a iwatsu adix and when you call a phone in a office the icm picks up and you can hear everything in the room. What feature code is it to change that?

The phones can be set for either voice icm or tone(ringing) icm. At the phone receiving the call press FEAT 65 (with phone idle). Try this first, if it still comes thru as a voice call, you will need to look at other items in programming (04.22 and 10.48) to change the way the phones icm each other.

Thought of something else...If you are wanting the voice ICM functionality but want to remove the ability for the calling party to hear the room you can press FEAT 061 or press the MIC button (light on)on the called phone (phone needs to be idle). This turns the microphone off the phone. Pressing FEAT 61 or the MIC button (light off)will turn the microphone back on. Hope this helps
