Customer has a MICS 7.0. One set, model T7316E has date/time display and all buttons light up like they shsould. Lines that are programmed to appear only do show flashing indicators with incoming calls. If another set calls this particular set via intercom, it rings and can be answered ok. But, none of the buttons function. I can't do a button inquiry, nothing happens when pressing any button. Can't even use the speakerphone.
Has anyone had any luck with any repairs on your own for something like this? Or should I just send it in for repair, or replace it?

Forgot to mention, I swapped sets and a known good set works ok in the same port. This phone still doesn't work on another port.

OK, feeling foolish now :scratch:  The mute button was stuck. I have found stuck button problems in the past. Don't know why I didn't look for it today. Thanks Gentlemen. Jim
