Don't know anyone myself, but the Polycom site has a "partner resource" page, where I would guess you can contact local support - https://portal.polycom.com/portal_web/login.jsp

I know this thread is a month old, but I didn't really have much luck when I looked for a repair facility for Polycom conference phones. The price that Polycom wanted to repair the unit was not worth it. I guess it really depends on how expensive of a unit it is. I sent one in to a repair/refurb facility, but it was for a minor repair, and it didn't even come back as "clean" as I would have expected, probably because it wasn't something they were used to dealing with.

If you find a facility that handles them for a reasonable price, please let us know. If any repair facility is looking to fill a niche, I think this would be a good one.

It may not be worth it EXCEPT in the case where it involves a board member.

Please feel free to contact me if you run into a dead end.

You're a board member, Tim? So what kind of deals has a board member been able to get on having them repaired?
