ATX has a pretty good program. They also have promotional periods throughout the year where you can make additional money besides the residual.

I have been working with XO Communications for years and they seem to be pretty good as well. Same here with a local rep if you are interested.

Ed, I was interested in XO. I like their backbone. BUT, I filled out an online app twice and no response..

Telepacific seems to work very well, I personally have had to many problems with XO and Allegiance wich I now understand are the same company, you may also want to look at PAETEC

I've had some good experiences of late with a company called Transbeam.
They provide services in NY, NJ, and CT.
The program is great, the pricing is better, and the support is top notch. These guys and girls have become like family.

It's been awhile since this subject was touched but i figured i would add to it.
You should look at a Master agent.
Microcorp (located in Atlanta) is a very good company, they have evergreen agreements with over a hundred different carriers all over the country.
I use them for everything outside of the Atlanta area. The can do anything from a single POTS line to several DS3's, frame, MPLS. Its a one stop shop.
