No... That does not look like a circuit id to me at all. PON (Purchase Order Number) maybe. :shrug:

I think Sprint, like most other telecom service providers, orders most of their local loops from the LEC. Look near the demarc for a Verizon circuit ID starting with (if the circuit is for a location in Massachusetts) 95/HCGS (LATA 128) or 91/HCGS (LATA 126).
Service providers' in-house circuit IDs can look like almost anything, but the ones I have seen are a mix of letters & numbers).
