I have a customer with a Medley version 7.1.1. They have 2 CO Lines ringing to the operator ext 100. If the Operator is on a call and another call comes in, let's say on Line 2, Line 2 Button will flash but phone does not ring or make any audible sound to alert the operator that there is another call. I checked and Call Waiting is enabled on the extension. So I had an old Medley version 6.8.8 at the office. I set it up like the 7.1.1 and found that the second call gives a Call Waiting indication on the phone. So I upgraded that Medley to version 7.1.1 and found I get no audible on the second call. So I downgraded to 7.0.0 still no audible. I do not have the file to go back to 6.8.8 but I see older versions if you call in through Remote Admin under List Installed Versions under Slot 2 but I don't know how to Activate it so it is the Current Version.
Are there any Medley experts out there that can help???

If You restart it 6 times in a row, it will go back to whatever software level that is in slot 1
when doing the restarts, just plug the power in for about 8 seconds, then unplug, then plug back in for 8 seconds, unplug, etc.
good luck!
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

Thanks, that did it. I did find that when you power it down again, it reverts back to what is in slot 3. But I figured out that you need to go into remote admin and issue a Store 3 command. Then it stays after a power up. Just thought I would post it here in case anyone else needs to do this.
Thanks again.
