I'm looking for someone with a good working knowledge of the Color Operator's Terminal. Specifically how to program the drop down menus for incoming tenent calls. Thanx in advance.

The color operators screen is no different from the regular operators screen except it runs on a pc.The programming of the telephone system would be the same from either.
Please read the message again. I need info on programming the drop-down menus for handling tenant calls. If you're not familiar with this feature, it gives the receptionist a drop down menu when a new call comes in that indicates which tenant the call is for & any pertinent info for handling the call.
I believe you have what was called TMC (Tele Message Center) which is/was a PC based operator terminal with messaging capabilities. It is different animal than a color operator's terminal. Same PC, just more software.
