For some reason the AM/PM response on received voicemails does not play anymore. I cannot find anything in the manual to reset that feature. It still gives the time, just not AM/PM. Can someone please help?
Thanks

I'm not Inter-tel wise but I'm sure when one comes by they will need to know what Inter-tel system your talking about and maybe the voicemail type.

The only thing that I can think of is that your system is set for a 24 hour display time. (ie. military time). You can toggle that flag under system flags to 12 hour and see if that will fix it. I am guessing that this is an Axxess system???

Yes, it is an Axxess system. I have tried to toggle the 24 hour to 12 hour (which it was currently on), but that only changes the display. Even when you get voicemail, it stayed at the 12 hour time, but still no AM/PM? Thanks for your suggestions. Can use more.
