One of our customers contacted me today asking how they forward messages from one mailbox to another. She said that she can't find it in the user's guide. She's pretty sharp, so I took her word for it and took a look myself, only to find that she was right. It is nowhere in the user's guide.
Does the system even offer this feature?

I haven't done one in a while but I seem to remember that was a weak point in the voice mail.

An x16 customer complained about this also. I called Xblue and got the response (not from Paul or Ronnel) that it is not a feature and the customer should use a yellow pad of paper. Not the answer that I want to give the customer.

With all the variables involved, I am amazed when any voice and data technology works like it is supposed to.
