I am somewhat away this weekend, but I have a customer that just informed me that their new SBX is not allowing them to access voicemail remotely. I am pretty sure its because my tech didn't program in the right settings on the field. I need to walk this customer through setting up the CCR to allow voice mail acces, but I don't remember what you select to enable say the '*' key to prompt the user to enter their voice mail box number.

You select vm box owner and assign it to any available ccr key. However passwords have to be enabled in pgm 127 (mailbox attributes) and an initial password has to be assigned (default is 000 not 0000 which always drives me crazy) Passwords cannot be changed remotely except by someone who has an admin mailbox and that person can change any box's password.

gonna be a challenge to do over the phone with a customer unless you have an sbx in front of you because you have to use the flex keys to select the different tones in the ccr and know what to change it to.
either the quick start guide that used to come with them or the overall pdf has the keystrokes in it.

I have them setup with admin software on one PC. That's the answer I needed Derrick. Thanks.
