I installed an SL1100 on residential lines with no disconnect supervision. It is programmed through the auto-attendant to call the owner's cell phone as one of the options through a trunk to trunk transfer. Obviously it wasn't disconnecting. It locked up both trunks after the call ended. I tried a Viking CPC-4 to provide the disconnect but the SL1100 gave too much to override the reorder tone and it still wouldn't disconnect. Viking said it wasn't set up for this. Anyone know of a device that can handle this or should I have the customer make sure to order business lines that provide the disconnect supervision?

I should have posted did you try to get the service provider to provide this? Who are they btw?

I'm a bit reluctance to get involved with US carrier/ trunk issues. But down here on analog trunks with no supervision we normally we check PRG 14.02.09 and 14.02.18 and providing the cadence that that carrier is sending on disconnect matches that in 80.04 Busy tone for trunks normally there are no issues.. Though clear forward, answer reversal is the preferred option.
