I have another question guys. I get alot better support from you guys, so I am not even going to waste my time with Hoosier or King. I searched through the previous topics and didn't see this issue addressed, but if it was, I apologize. I am installing my first VOIP phones. I am testing them at my office and when I pick one up and make a call out, for about the first 10 seconds or so, I can hear myself echo through the handset of the IP phone. It goes away and everything sounds great. Is there a setting that i am missing? The installation that I am doing is an extended network, so I wont have to do any port forwarding, essentially, it is like the IP phones will be installed in the same building as the SBX.

Well, nevermind. (Not that anyone replied. LOL) When I did the install this was not an issue. Probably just something within my network at the office.

Yes I would think some latacency in your network. If you ever do one with the IP away from the Lan always get a public static ip address for the KSU side IP board and jump off before the router of the customer

Do you know how much bandwidth or internet speed is provided by the ISP? The more the better...
