I am new to the BCM50, but have installed many other PBXs (traditional and VoIP) in my past. For some reason, I can not get the Auto-Attendant to pick up incoming calls off of the CO lines.

We have 4 CO lines coming from our provider. In the Line Administration section of the CallPilot Manager, I have each line configured for "Auto-Attendant" answer mode, Table/Skillset number is 1, and the number of rings is set to 1.

I set up the Greeting Table 1 to use one greeting for all times of the day and to use CCR tree number 1.

I have tried several options in CCR tree number 1, such as "Home Menu Node" and "Home Transer Node".

Is there something in the Business Element Manager that needs to be set?

What line did you tell CallPilot to answer? Line 1? I think the POTS lines do not start with Line 1, but maybe Line 061?

OMG, you are right. our supplier preconfigures some and had lines 1-4 configured as auto-attendant. I configured line 61 at it is working now. THANK YOU!!!!!

Also note you have it at 1 ring....best to change to 2 rings so you can capture Call ID.
