Hello All,

We recently installed a Mitel 5000 unit to replace an aging Intertel Axxess system and I was wondering if there is anyway to monitor the PRI with the new system? What I'm looking for is a way to see how many lines of the PRI are being used at any given time. Any other suggestions if not? Thank you in advance and Happy Holidays.

You can use putty (it gets installed with the admin and diagnostics or you can get it from the internet). Connect to the IP address of the system on port 22. Use the username and password the same as is used for the web interface. Digital trunk diagnostics is on the menu.
