It has been quite sometime since I have installed or programmed In-Skin Flash VM. The customer does not want anyone leaving messages when the auto att. answers after hours, they just want an announcement box letting them know they are closed and if an emergency to dial the number they list. Is this possible on this card?

The Flash VM will play the announcement 3x and then transfer to whatever is programmed as 0 in the PBX parameters. Most caller would probably hang up by then but you will always get the odd ball.
