Hi,

How would I find out or change which menu our night service is set to go to (or for that matter change it to something else?)

We have an ADIX system with Telephony Office Linx voice mail. I see a section in the phone system programmer called voice mail integration but it has a bunch of stuff about different packets which doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

We need to make a change to a menu (or create a new menu) to allow a caller to press a number in case of an emergency and have it forward to an employee's cell phone.

Any help would be appreciated!

All of the auto attendant programming is done in the TOL box, look for the Admin icon.

Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
