I am trying to create a CRA with a digit translation to an off-node hunt group. Everything looks to be set up properly, but when I dial the CRA, I receive a message that "extension number 2605 is unavailable". 2605 is the extension of the hunt group. If I dial this extension directly, it rings through properly. Is there a setting that I am missing, or does Inter-Tel not allow digit translation to off-node hunt groups?

TIA!

Make sure that 2605 is added under Devices and Feature codes - Extension Lists - Stations. (on the node it was created on)

2605 can not be added to an extension list because it is a hunt group.

Just to test something, can you add the off node hunt to a local hunt group and then try the handoff?

Also, just to clarify, you said when you dial the CRA you get the message that the extension is not available. Does the CRA time out and go to 2605, or does it answer and you pick a selection and have digit translation hand it off?

What is the extension number of the CRA?

Your CRA does not have 'rights' to access the node you are trying to transfer to. Go to the node and find the value 'Outgoing Access'. Make sure yer CRA has access to that node.
