I am the computer guy trying to support phone system activity. I have had some experience years ago with the bigger Nortel and Siemens systems.
Anyway I have an Axxess system, CPC dual with some 8.201 software. I can connect to the switch and probably do all I need to do, I just don't know what to change and where to do it.
When a caller presses 5 for accounting on the auto attendant (if that is the correct term) they are directed to ext. 107. I want them to go to a different extension or two. Where do I make that change?

Thanks for the help...a little looking through the 2501, 2502 etc entries and I found what I was looking for. Wouldn't have found it without your help.
