I actually have a dedicated PC (Desktop) for the setup. I know it has at least a parallel port on it. Would that still work?

have you done the phone system programming for the card yet not just assigned it as a 2w card and all set up for vm with hunt group ie 500 501for how many ports the card has and vm data and ext numbers for the card ie 500 501pilot number ie 555 to dial into it ?

then set the card up for whatever system you have with extn number range thro the handset dialled into the Tis?

this all has to be done even before you try to connect to the card or its pointless even trying to get connected to it with pc
