Where do I find the options to turn on the msg light on the phones and set it up for email notification?

I don't have a TIS16 manual (Teleco makes the ies16 & 32)

Maybe you can google a manual looking under Teleco.

If you created mailbox's via the phone then notification templates will automatically have been setup. Note you should have selected either DTMF or SMDI users.

To configure email if you are using hyperterminal type EM-Setup at the C:\EMAIl prompt you will enter setup details of exchange server etc must be added.

Mail addresses for users are added inside mailbox config

I believe unless your Perfect voice TIS16 is a Series 2 you can not do email notifications only pager.

A couple of things here first please.
Finish filling out your profile completely, it help us in helping you.

I have read your posts and still need to know a couple of basic things;

Does the Teleco TIS16 voicemail system answer yet?

Are you hooked up to the CIX100 & the voicemail with administrative programming software?

Do you have the needed documents to program both ?

Im sorry for not updating my profile, I didn't see a spot where you add the information about the phone system.

In response to your questions. I have a Teleco Tis 16 (series 2). The voicemail does work, however I am having trouble making the auto attendant pick up. The software I have available for programming is Winadmin, emanager, and hyperterminal. The system is a CTX100 with 5 stations. I have the programming manual for the CTX, but nothing too detailed on the TIS.
