Help A customer with an officeserv 7030 with 12 ip phones and sip trunks had a power cut and afterwards it will not reboot. the run and mem lights come on and flash etc bit it will not come up. I can however ping it with the ip address (192.168.1.250) i brought it back to base and put a 2 dm in the system to see if a digital phone would come up but it wont any idea's ??

Looks like it may have been burnt out. Check the psu to make sure none of the fuses are blown, if they are then replace. This may solve your issue. If you can't connect to it though DM then it's completely down, your going to have to send in to repair. Do you mean you put a 4DM into it? Did you put it in the right slot?

This is sorted now followed the recovery procedure and connected to the system via the SIO connector and reloaded the software and it worked so uploaded a copy of the database to it and all ok
