Hello,
We have an intertel axxent phone pbx system version 8.103

We have a phone number that I would like to route to a specific extension number when dialed. Right now the phones line seems to drop it in our default devices application (2502)

Can anybody point me in the right direction as to where I could look in db studio and see how that phone line is being routed in my system and then change it to ring an extension directly?

SeaTec,

It has been awhile since I have been in an Axxess system but, it should be under System --> Trunk Related Information --> Call Routing Tables.

I am very sorry for not checking on this thread for son long but I had given up. Postman. I was looking in the CRT tables and one entry is pointing to my 2502 application and the rest to NONE.

Does that make sense?

Also, I tried changing some of the NON entries to a test application to see if I could get an inbound line to route but am not sure if I have to "RESET NOW" the application to make the changes active.

wow. just tried to change the first entry in the crt to point to a different application and now all my applications are gone. WTH?

I had shortcuts (favorites) to the application folder and the mailbox folder. When I select them I get an error stating that this favorite is either invalid or referencing and OLM-only folder. Delete?

Funny thing is that the applications and mailboxes are still working. I just cant get to them anymore for maintenance.

Anybody have an idea as to what could cause this?
