I'm new to the forum and looking for a bit of assistance. We have a DK16e. We have one telephone number that rings in one of the offices because it belonged to our school. The school moved out of that office so we'd like that phone to stop ringing in that office and ring in the front office instead. The line already blinks on the phones, but I'd like it to ring.
Can someone lay out some steps or guide me in the right direction in the program guide. I have an air force background and expereience programming phones and switches, but this one is totally foreign to me.
Thanks
